Notes

'M. Leslie Chase' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'M. Leslie Chase') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The semi-double flowers are large. They have five or six rows of broad white guards that start out flushed with pink. A center of yellow stamens sits in the middle of each bloom.

Pairs well with Praying Hands hosta, Miss Kim lilac, Indian grass, and Stargazer lily.
