Notes

'Lettie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lettie') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Peach pink bomb flowers open in early summer. Large collar petals flare around a soft, lacy center, and Col. Jesse C. Nicholls bred it.

Pairs well with American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
