Notes
'Lindsey Ann' bigleaf hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla 'Lindsey Ann') is a shrub for borders, foundation plantings, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. It blooms on both new and old wood, so flowers keep coming. Pink, blue, and lavender blooms often show up at the same time. Mixed colors are most likely in the middle pH range, so adjust extremely acidic or alkaline soil back toward neutral.
Pairs well with Lady fern, Rozanne crane's-bill, and Northwind switchgrass.
