Notes

'Little Erna' peony (Paeonia 'Little Erna') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The baby pink double flowers bloom early in spring on finely cut, pale green foliage. The plant grows up to 16 inches tall, so it needs no support. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Guacamole hosta, and Blue grama.
