Notes

'Lovancia' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lovancia') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant flowers are semi-double to Japanese in form. Pale pink outer petals surround a center of yellow and white fringed petals. Strong stems and foliage make it a good mid-season performer.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Scentara Double Blue lilac, and Ostrich fern.
