Notes

'Love Heart' rose (Rosa 'Love Heart') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Rob Somerfield bred it in 2010. It bears fragrant, medium red blooms from late spring into early autumn, and bees visit them. It grows tall and has few or no thorns.

Pairs well with Incrediball hydrangea, Blue fescue, and Niobe clematis.
