Notes
'Lovely Andrea' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lovely Andrea') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The blushed white blooms have a puff of fringed yellow petaloids. The color turns white on the plant and holds well in a vase. Maurice Ménard bred it.
Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Prairie dropseed, and Christmas fern.
