Notes

'Lydiane' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Lydiane') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It grows upright to 34 inches (85 cm) tall. The double blooms reach 6 inches (15 cm) across and open pale salmon pink, then fade to white with age. They smell pleasantly fragrant.

Pairs well with Fragrant Bouquet hosta, Ostrich fern, Sedge, and Picture tulip.
