Notes
'Mac' Chinese juniper (Juniperus chinensis 'Mac') is a tree for specimen, hedge, and accent use. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. This evergreen grows in a conical shape at a moderate pace. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It tolerates drought and salt, so it needs little care once settled.
Pairs well with Gertrude Jekyll rose, Pincushion flower, and Royal fern.
