Notes

'Blue Point' Chinese juniper (Juniperus chinensis 'Blue Point') is a tree for borders, specimens, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It grows at a moderate pace into a tidy cone, and it handles drought and salt. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Give it room to reach its full height.

Pairs well with Nepeta, Weigela, Buffalo grass, and Greig's tulip.
