Notes

'Madelon' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Madelon') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. Its fragrant red-pink flowers attract bees and make a bright show in the garden or in a vase. The stems reach about 47 inches tall, so you may want to stake them. J. Snoek bred it.

Pairs well with Festiva Maxima peony, Mondo grass, and Society garlic.
