Notes

'Magic Moonbeam' peony (Paeonia 'Magic Moonbeam') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen use. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The fragrant, near white flowers are semi-double and attract butterflies and bees. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Royal Standard hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Nodding onion.
