Notes

'Majestic' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Majestic') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers are large and rather flat, with rose like petals in an even rose pink. They are fragrant, so they make a good cut flower. Darwin M. Andrews bred it.

Pairs well with Stained Glass hosta, Lungwort, and Indian grass.
