Notes

'Majesty’s Heart' peony (Paeonia 'Majesty’s Heart') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Roger F. Anderson bred it, and its double, fragrant flowers have ivory white petals and a rosy pink center. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The upright stems hold the blooms without support.

Pairs well with Hosta, Clustered bellflower, and Prairie dropseed.
