Notes

'Majesty’s Light' peony (Paeonia 'Majesty’s Light') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears fragrant, pale yellow, semi-double flowers that are 5 to 6 inches wide. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Eastern columbine, Black Hero tulip, and Blue grama.
