'Marie Stuart' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Marie Stuart') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single flowers are light pink with lilac shading and a lemon-yellow center. Jacques Calot bred it, and it is also sold as Reine de Prusse.
