Notes

'Marine Parade' peony (Paeonia 'Marine Parade') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The cream flowers have dark pink edges and dark flares, and they open in early to late spring. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Derek Irvine bred it.

Pairs well with Garden phlox, Blue fescue, and Lily.
