Notes

'Marion Lange' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Marion Lange') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Large, full double flowers open medium light pink in mid to late spring. The stems are good, so the blooms hold up well. Kelsey bred it in 1943.

Pairs well with Sweet William, Sedge, and Phantom panicle hydrangea.
