Notes

'Mediopicta' American century plant (Agave americana 'Mediopicta') is a succulent for specimen use, rock gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy soil. It grows slowly into a clumping rosette about 47 to 59 inches tall and 71 to 94 inches wide, so give it room. Deer tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Ice plant, Indian-hawthorn, and Lemongrass.
