Notes

'Mint Delight' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Mint Delight') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Late blooming double flowers open powder-pink from mint-green buds streaked with dark red. The heavy blossoms face upward and have a fragrance. Give the upright stems support so they stay standing.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Cinnamon fern, and Spanish bluebell.
