Notes

'Minultra' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'Minultra') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, loamy soil. It grows fast and handles drought and salt. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Pittosporum, Fourwing saltbush, and Casa Blanca lily.
