Notes

'Miss Canada' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Miss Canada') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The pink anemone blooms are fragrant and open in midseason. Early foliage is pink and matures to green. It grows upright to 28 inches, so you may need to support the stems if you leave the side buds to bloom.

Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Sensitive fern, Carlton daffodil, and Tickseed.
