Notes

'Mixture of Mist' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Mixture of Mist') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant lavender blooms have white shading and dark purple flares. They open in late spring on stems with good strength. John W. and Dot M. McFarlane bred it.

Pairs well with Sweet woodruff, Queen of Night tulip, and Bloodroot.
