Notes

'Mojave Yellow' purslane (Portulica grandiflora 'Mojave Yellow') is an annual for borders, containers, rock gardens, and xeriscapes. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to wet soil of most types. It thrives in hot, dry conditions and forms a low, creeping mat. It sits low on the menu for deer. Plant it where it can spread in the sun.

Pairs well with Creeping zinnia, Rock soapwort, and Supertunia Bordeaux petunia.
