Notes

'Molly Stark' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Molly Stark') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The full double flowers are cream with pink and red streaks, stripes, and flecks, and they open in early spring. On old plants, the blooms develop a high cone with a tuft. Edward Auten, Jr bred it.

Pairs well with Rainbow's End hosta, Charles Joly lilac, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
