Notes

'Mona Lisa' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Mona Lisa') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its large, full double blooms are a cool rose pink that hold their color well. Strong stems hold the heavy flowers, and the foliage reaches far down the stem. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Rainbow's End hosta, Charles Joly lilac, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Monkshood.
