Notes

'Moon Mist' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Moon Mist') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single flowers are palest pink, almost white, with tiny pink dots. Yellow stamens stand out in the center against green carpels. Edward Auten, Jr bred it.

Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, Miss Kim lilac, and Switchgrass.
