Notes

'Morning Sunshine' peony (Paeonia 'Morning Sunshine') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The early, single, fragrant flowers are tea-colored with a hint of salmon and face upward. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The plant grows upright and needs no support.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, First Frost hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
