Notes

'Mother’s Memory' peony (Paeonia 'Mother’s Memory') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers open light pink and fade to light yellow-cream. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Strong stems hold the blooms upright, so you do not need stakes.

Pairs well with First Frost hosta, Spiked speedwell, and Blue grama.
