Notes

'Mount Hood' grape hyacinth (Muscari aucheri 'Mount Hood') is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in early to late spring, and bees visit the flowers. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Queensland tulip, Blue Festival common hyacinth, and White Splendour Greek thimbleweed.
