Notes

'Nalina' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Nalina') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its columnar shape fits small spaces, and you grow it for fresh eating. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms in early to late spring. It is not self-fertile, so plant a second cherry nearby for pollination.

Pairs well with Pinky Winky panicle hydrangea, Mount Hood daffodil, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
