Notes

'Namosa' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Namosa') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its columnar shape suits small spaces, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms from early to late spring. The fruit ripens late in the season and is grown for fresh eating. Plant a second cherry nearby, since this one is not self-fertile.

Pairs well with Maiden pink, Mount Hood daffodil, and Gooseneck loosestrife.
