Notes

'Nancy Dolman' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Nancy Dolman') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its large, double, rose-pink blooms open late in spring and fade to pinkish white in the center. The stems are stiff. Buds often get waterlogged on one side, so remove extra buds for the best blooms.

Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Picture tulip, and White trillium.
