Nebula Japanese maple

Notes

'Nebula' Japanese maple (Acer palmatum 'Nebula') is a tree for specimen planting, small gardens, and fall color. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun. New leaves emerge pink and apricot with lime green veins, then mature to bright green with darker veins. The fall foliage turns red-maroon. Shade it from hot afternoon sun for the best color.

Pairs well with Northwind switchgrass, Snowdrop, and Blue flag.
