Notes

'Nike' peony (Paeonia 'Nike') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The fragrant coral peach flowers have two rows of round petals and a golden glow. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Strong stems hold the blooms well above the foliage in late spring.

Pairs well with David garden phlox, Autumn Frost hosta, and Lily.
