Notes

'Nimbus' crane's-bill (Geranium 'Nimbus') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It bears bluish-purple flowers in spring and again in summer. Butterflies visit the blooms, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Silver sage, and Casa Blanca lily.
