Notes

'Noble Princess' sage (Salvia nemorosa 'Noble Princess') is a clumping plant for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy soil. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit this fragrant, drought tolerant plant.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Stargazer lily, and Creeping phlox.
