Notes
'Northsky' blueberry (Vaccinium 'Northsky') is a shrub for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows 24 to 48 inches tall and bears white flowers in early to late spring that bees visit. The small, sweet, sky blue berries ripen from July through August and are grown for jams, jellies, juices, and baking. Plant it near another variety for larger berries.
Pairs well with Honeyberry, Thimbleberry, and Rhubarb.
