'Olala' rose (Rosa 'Olala') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows upright with dark green leaves and medium red blooms. The flowers are fragrant and attract bees. Mathias Tantau, Jr bred it in 1959.
