Notes

'Old Lace' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Old Lace') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The tall plant carries flat, double, fragrant blooms made of narrow, delicate petals. The flowers open blush pink and change to blush ivory. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Incrediball hydrangea, Francee hosta, and Switchgrass.
