Notes

'Olympia' clematis (Clematis 'Olympia') is a vine for containers, cottage gardens, and specimen use. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Lavender blue flowers with lemon-yellow centers open from late spring to late summer and again in autumn. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. It grows fast to 3 to 5 feet tall and suits patio pots and small spaces.

Pairs well with Obsidian coral bells, Limelight hydrangea, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
