Notes

Orange ball tree (Buddleia globosa) is a shrub for butterfly gardens, borders, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun. Clusters of round orange blooms appear from early to late summer and attract butterflies. The rich green leaves have whitish undersides. It blooms on old wood, so trim it right after flowering only if needed.

Pairs well with Gypsy rose, Chocolate cosmos, Mondo grass, and Italian cypress.
