Notes

'Orchid Annie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Orchid Annie') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The light pink double blooms have red streaks and flecks and age to a lighter shade. Each stem carries 2 to 3 buds, so you get a reliable show in mid to late spring and early summer. Roy G. Klehm bred it.

Pairs well with Black Hero tulip, Sedge, and Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea.
