Notes

'Orchid Yellow' garden phlox (Phlox paniculata 'Orchid Yellow') is a perennial for mixed borders, drifts, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Hot pink flowers have chartreuse to yellow edges and open on large panicles from summer into early fall. The blooms are fragrant and attract bees. Remove faded flowers to encourage repeat blooming.

Pairs well with Blush peony, Ageratum, and Kentucky bluegrass.
