Notes

'Oregold' rose (Rosa 'Oregold') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deep yellow, fragrant blooms open in spring, summer, and autumn. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Tantau bred it in 1970.

Pairs well with Catmint, Brookside crane's-bill, and Boxwood.
