Notes
'Osiris Daniel A. Séguin' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Osiris Daniel A. Séguin') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant flowers open with pink guards and yellow petaloids, then age to white. Each stem carries about 3 blooms up to 6 inches wide. Serge Fafard bred it, and the upright plants stand about 30 inches tall without support.
Pairs well with Charles Joly lilac, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
