Notes

'Our Lady of Cuenca' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Our Lady of Cuenca') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears white bomb-shaped blooms in mid to late spring and early summer. Each stem carries 5 to 6 blooms, and the strong stems hold them well. The glossy, dark green foliage looks good all season.

Pairs well with Francee hosta, Spanish bluebell, and Limeglow creeping juniper.
