Notes

Pacific trillium (Trillium ovatum) is a perennial for woodland gardens, borders, and low maintenance planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Its stem bears leaves in a whorl of three. The white flower rises on a short leafless stalk and fades to rose after about a week. Do not let it dry out.

Pairs well with Lady fern, Cinnamon fern, Little brown jug, and Toad lily.
