Notes
'A.G. Perry' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'A.G. Perry') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The cup-shaped flowers are ivory tinted with a pink center and golden stamens. Yard-long shoots form an attractive bush. The flowers are usually called double, but they look more like an anemone type.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Picture tulip, and Christmas fern.
