Notes
'Petit Faucon' clematis (Clematis 'Petit Faucon') is a vine for containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Blue flowers appear in spring, summer, and autumn, and they attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Raymond J. Evison bred it. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Limelight hydrangea, Little bluestem, and Obsidian coral bells.
